Standard Cancellations:

• 7 Days or More Before Reservation: If you cancel at least a week before your reservation, we'll charge a 10% cancellation fee and refund the rest of your payment.
• 6 Days or Less Before Reservation: If you cancel within 6 days of your reservation, you'll forfeit the entire payment unless you purchased trip insurance when you booked.

Peak Season (Memorial Day through Labor Day):

• If you cancel during peak season, you have two options:
  • Receive a 50% refund.
  • Get a voucher for the full rental amount, valid for one year.

Important Notes:

• Weather: Unfortunately, we can't accept weather as a valid reason for cancellations.
• No Shows:
  • If you don't show up for your reservation, we'll have to charge you the full amount with no refunds.
  • Please call us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Waiting until the last minute means we can't help.
